Shipping & Returns


SHIPPING POLICY

We will do our best to process your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally dispatched within 2 business days (from Monday to Friday). No orders are shipped at weekends or on bank holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once you validate your order and a second one with your tracking number for all international orders once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping costs are always charged to the buyer. Once your order has been dispatched, Eyla is not liable for damage, loss or theft. We encourage you to reach out to the shipping carrier responsible for delivery.

We are not liable for inaccurate shipping information provided at the checkout point. If the shipping address provided is not correct, we are under no obligation to refund you. You as the customer are responsible for making sure that all shipping information is accurate before you finalise your order. All unclaimed/undeliverable parcels which are returned to us can be re-shipped at the customer’s own expense. 

Please be aware that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes established by the local customs authorities in the destination country. Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you to please check your local customs website for estimated costs.

Important: Eyla reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total amount returnable on orders which are refused at customs if duties and taxes have not been paid.

All orders will be sent from Switzerland. International shipping is available worldwide.

SWISS DOMESTIC ORDERS – SWISS POST (Switzerland)

·       CHF 2.80 / Express 1-3 business days (no tracking)

SELECTED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, UK, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and more).

·       CHF 9.00 / 3-6 business days (Swiss Post with tracking)

·       CHF 22.00 / Express 2-4 business days (Fedex with tracking)

REST OF THE WORLD – SWISS POST/FEDEX (with tracking)

·       International shipping fees and times may vary depending on your location. They will be calculated at the checkout before you submit your order.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to absolutely love your swimwear, which is why we offer returns on all full-priced items (excluding paid shipping costs) for STORE CREDIT only and subject to the following conditions:

·       Returns are accepted for a store credit within 14 days of the date of receipt

·       The item must be in its original condition and returned in its original packaging (cotton bag), unworn, undamaged, unwashed with all original tags still attached and hygiene liner in place. Please only try on swimwear over underwear for reasons of hygiene.

·       Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

·       The customer is responsible for return shipping and packing fees. Please use a traceable or insured method such as recorded delivery, as Eyla is not liable for the loss of any product in the return process.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet these conditions and we must return the goods at the customer’s expense. Eyla is not responsible for shipping fees, duties or taxes on returns and repurchases.

THE RETURN PROCESS

1.    Email us first at hello@eylaswim.com (in english or french) with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

2.    We will email you a form to include in your parcel.

3.    Check your items to ensure they are in their original condition and original packaging (cotton bag), as Eyla will not accept any items which are returned damaged in any way.

4.    Pack your swimwear in a postage bag and ship it, with tracking, within 14 working days to the return address provided on the form.

5.    Track your package so that you know when the swimwear arrives.

6.    Once the return is received safely, we will send you a store credit by email. The new purchase must then be ordered through www.eylaswim.com, applying the credit note at checkout.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at hello@eylaswim.com with your order number and a picture of the fault within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS

Eyla does not offer refunds unless items are received in a faulty condition.
