Accounts

If the delivery address provided is incorrect, we are not obliged to reimburse you. As a client, you are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate before finalising your order. Failure to comply with this instruction constitutes a violation of the conditions, which could mean the immediate termination of your account. If a delivery is returned after being sent to an incorrect address, the return charges shall be the client's responsibility. Eyla is not liable if your package is stolen, if you have asked for a secure repository or have written delivery instructions about where your package should be left unattended. You are responsible for protecting the password that you use to access the website and for any activity or action carried out using your password. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted when transfers are carried out over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or market any part of the service.

Prices/taxes

If a product is listed on our www.eylaswim.comwebsite with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information, eyla snc shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order placed for the listed product at the incorrect price. Eyla snc shall be entitled to refuse or cancel such orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card debited. If your credit card has already been debited for the purchase and your order is cancelled, eyla shall do its best to advise you to that effect and to issue a credit to your credit card for an amount of the incorrect price. These products and services may be of limited quantities and only eligible for return or exchange in line with our return policy. We have made every effort to show the colours and images of the products that appear in the store as accurately as possible. Invoicing information
We reserve the right to reject any order that you place with us. We may limit or cancel the quantities purchased by person, household or order. If we amend or cancel an order, we will try to inform you to that effect by contacting the email address and/or invoice address/telephone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to have been placed by dealers or distributors.
