Eyla is a sustainable swimwear brand, created in 2021.

We are Laura and Mathieu, both 27 years old, and we have done a lot of traveling these past few years. Bali was an eye-opener. We realized there that we urgently needed to change our ways, not only as individuals but as movements and communities. Ocean waste everywhere on some beaches - we couldn't imagine how much more was left in the ocean.

I (Laura) had always dreamed of creating my own sustainable brand, so I asked Mathieu if he would jump in with me on this project. That’s how Eyla came into being.

We humans love our planet. And if we want to continue to enjoy its beauty, we need to contribute to its preservation. This is why we chose to create swimwear with ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fire made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic.

Our aim was to create simple, modern and timeless swimwear that wouldn’t go out of style every year as fashions change. It is designed for sun-loving girls all over the world.

We can’t wait to see you wearing the pieces we created, and we hope you have fun with our mix and match and stand out from the crowd.
